| Katherine (Kay) S. Napier joined Arbonne in August 2009. Kay brings to Arbonne three decades of experience in general management, marketing, international and strategic planning. Kay is a retired Vice President of the Procter & Gamble Company, where she was head of the North American Pharmaceutical division and the Corporate Women’s Health & Vitality platform. During her tenure, her division became the largest company profit contributor for North America. Kay most recently served as the Senior Vice President of McDonald’s, where she spearheaded the launch of the healthy lifestyles initiative and led marketing efforts designed to appeal to women and families in both the U.S. and Europe—an important part of McDonald’s legendary corporate turnaround. Kay believes strongly in the global power of women’s untapped potential and she is dedicated to bringing beauty, health and prosperity to the Arbonne community.

| Stian Mørck joined Arbonne in 1989, and became involved in every aspect of the business, from customer service and field support, to marketing, operations and sales. In his current role as Managing Director, Stian works closely with Field leaders acting as a key liaison between the Independent Consultants and Arbonne. Stian attends Consultant related events, speaking engagements and other activities, and works directly with corporate executives and staff on Consultant tools and materials. Stian also provides guidance to the company and contributes to further Arbonne’s culture by providing historical perspective, personal experiences and resources. Stian has many years of network marketing expertise and business management experience in the direct selling industry and has served as a DSA Board Member. Stian holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and is the son of Arbonne’s beloved late founder, Petter Mørck.

Richard joined Arbonne in 2005 and previously owned a consulting business specializing in retail, operations, warehousing and distribution. Prior to that, Richard was Sr. VP of Warehouse Operations for Office Depot. He established many of the company’s retail markets, along with its nationwide distribution center network, and helped grow it into a $9 billion dollar company. Richard has been instrumental in Arbonne’s expansion operations and distribution upgrades and is responsible for all warehouse and distribution facilities, facilities maintenance departments and Customer Service. |
| Peter Matravers came to the Arbonne family in 2008, taking the role of Sr. Vice President, Product Development. Peter, who holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, guides the Product Development and Regulatory teams in creating extraordinary and innovative products. Peter has more than 25 years of skin care and consumer product development experience and has supported the success of several major name brands. His accomplishments include proprietary ingredient development, creative formulations and new methodologies in product performance testing. Peter is also the recipient of over 20 U.S. and international patents in these areas. |
| Ashley Good provides key in–house counsel at Arbonne and leads the Legal and Compliance departments. She is responsible for all aspects of Arbonne's legal affairs, including company and Arbonne Independent Consultant compliance, and Arbonne’s intellectual property. Ashley was previously a corporate attorney for the prestigious, international law firm of Latham & Watkins, LLP. She earned BA and MA degrees from Stanford University and her Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law. Ashley is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association and Association of Corporate Counsel. |
Michael d’Almada-Remedios (Mike Remedios) joined Arbonne in January 2011 as Sr. VP and Chief Information Officer. With more than 19 years of global consumer and Internet experience, Michael brings world-class technology leadership, expertise, vision and focus to Arbonne. Previously, Michael served as the VP, Expedia Technology Group responsible for hotels.com and venere.com. Prior to Expedia, he held Chief Technology Officer/Chief Information Officer positions at Move Inc. (realtor.com), eBay (shopping.com) and Travelocity (lastminute.com), and was the Chief Operating Officer of Bluelight.com/Kmart.com. Michael is dedicated to bringing the full power of technology and the Internet to the global Arbonne community. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Computer Control and Fluid Dynamics from Nottingham (Trent) University, and a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Computer Science from Kings College, London.

| Greg joined Arbonne in 2007 and is responsible for Arbonne’s Quality, Package Engineering and Process Improvement departments. He brings 20 years of manufacturing, R&D and engineering experience within the personal care and technology industries, both domestic and internationally. Greg’s charter is to ensure that all Arbonne products/packages are manufactured and function to the highest quality standards possible in order to exceed our Consultants’ expectations. |
| Karen Stout recently came to Arbonne as Vice President, Human Resources. Karen is an experienced Human Resources Professional with a broad range of hands-on experience and deep expertise in the continuum of HR functions. Most recently, Karen was Executive VP with EW Partners, a human resource consulting firm. She has also previously held senior HR roles at Charles Schwab, Irvine Company and Transamerica. Karen received her Bachelor’s Degree Summa Cum Laude in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Karen’s accomplishments, along with her straightforward decision–making and communication style, embodies many of the values and principles that make Arbonne an exceptional company for both employees and Arbonne Independent Consultants alike. |
| Gina came to Arbonne in 2009 and provides strategic direction for the Field Development area of the business, including sales incentives, promotions, recognition, sponsoring, training and development. A seasoned direct selling professional, Gina brings more than 15 years of experience and proven success in sales training and promotions to her role at Arbonne. Gina has held leadership positions at numerous direct selling companies including Dove Chocolate Discoveries, PartyLite Gifts, Inc., Tupperware and Longaberger. Gina earned her bachelor's degree and graduated with honors from The University of Tennessee. |
| Gretchen Price joined Arbonne in July 2011 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. In this multi–faceted role, Gretchen works closely with Arbonne's CEO to oversee company financials and operations. She is directly responsible for the finance and accounting, operations, human resources, operational aspects of information technology and international departments. Before Arbonne, Gretchen served as Executive Vice President, Administration and Chief Financial Officer at philosophy, Inc. and is also a former Procter & Gamble executive. Gretchen graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in accounting, and she earned the Certified Internal Auditor designation in 1996. She also currently serves as a Director of the Cincinnati Financial Corporation, a mid-size national property/casualty insurer. |
